Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges 

JET LAGGED THE LABEL does not refund. 

You may however exchange your item or receive store credit.

Exchanges must be for the same item, or different item of the same value.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same conditions you received it. 

Please send us an email at jetlaggedthelabel@gmail.com if you are making an exchange.

If you received an incorrect product please contact us ASAP at jetlaggedthelabel@gmail.com so we can resolve your issue.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to

1090 E Taylor Trail, San Tan Valley Arizona 85143.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
  • Item must be un used and come back in same condition as sold.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail. We recommend you use an insured mail service with tracking numbers available.

Sale/Discounted items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded nor exchanged. Sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE!
